SUP is a water activity where you stand (or kneel) on a wide board and paddle over calm, shallow waters—great for balance and scenic gliding.
2. Is this hard to learn for first-timers?
Not at all. Most guests can learn to stand and paddle within a few minutes. You can also kneel if you prefer.
3. How long is the rental time?
The standard paddleboard experience is 30 to 60 minutes, with flexible time slots throughout the day.
4. Is an instructor included?
This is usually a self-guided rental, but you’ll receive a quick orientation and safety demo before heading out.
